#4 45 Degree Lunges

Stand with your feet hip-width apart & your arms at your sides. Lunge 45 degrees to one side, keeping your hips facing forward, & your other leg straight. Pause, then return to start. That's one rep. Do as many as you can until you can't do any more. This is a great exercise for losing weight.
